Why this exists

Meridian started after twelve years of watching the same thing happen on this coastline: out-of-town agencies treating Vero Beach like inventory, not a place people actually live.

We keep the list of active listings small on purpose. Every property here has been walked through in person — not pulled from an MLS feed and uploaded automatically. If a place isn't right for a buyer, we say so, even when that costs us the sale.

That approach is slower. It also means the people who work with us tend to stay in touch long after closing — for advice on flood zones, contractor referrals, or just to ask whether now is a good time to sell.
